Asteroid? Meteoroid? Coin toss?[edit]

What makes this a meteoroid and not an asteroid? Commonly a meteoroid is too small to be directly observable from the ground. Is this a special case? If so, this should be pointed out. Kortoso (talk) 17:44, 14 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
