This article has no sources and is generally riddled with mistakes. The infobox is about the 2006 meeting of the 10th Congress, and features pictures of the leaders elected by the 9th congress. The article text has many notable mistakes; for example, the National People's Congress is NOT composed of members from the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the CPPCC is NOT "a coalition of nine parties", the Property Law was NOT removed from the agenda of the 2003 meeting of the Congress, and so on.
