Colorado and Missouri forfeits[edit]

The language around the forfeits to Colorado and Missouri needed to be tighten and aligned with sourcing. What can be said with the current sources:

The Big Eight vacated wins over Colorado and Missouri
Kansas (Media Guide, primary source) displays their "on field" W-L record within their Media Guide, while also clearly stating "Later ordered to forfeit victories over Colorado and Missouri because of ineligible player"
There is no sourcing of NCAA view point (per norms), as the sanctions were given by the Big Eight conference
Forfeits and vacated wins are still inconsistently treated in the CFB project, but slowly prior seasons (like this) are becoming more inline with recent season (WP:RECENTISM).
