Births?[edit]

Honestly, what does the birth's section in this article have to do with anything? If one includes the births section (and I see the initial creator of the article added a "deaths section" also for some untold reason) than the nature of this article and consequently the Title of the article needs to be changed to reflect the real objective of the article which is the synthesis of the 2 topics. Otherwise, having a births section is not only confusing but entirely unrelated to "1940 in television" which is the current title of this article... Does anyone agree with that? Actually, the more I look at the addition of this section to an article that includes the chronology of events pertaining to the technology and its development, the less I understand the even remote connection that a "births section" would provide to an intelligent comprehension of its inclusion. Without being sarcastic, which I am frightfully close to over the extreme disconnect of the two topics, is there any possible explanation for its inclusion?
