Shahr Ab (Persian: شهراب), also Romanized as Shahrab, Shahr Āb, Shahrāb, and Shehrāb,^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Kuh Panah Rural District of the Central District of Tafresh County, Markazi province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 471 in 177 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 459 people in 184 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 389 people in 172 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
