Saint-Sauveur (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ sovœʁ] ⓘ; Gascon: Sent Sauvador) is a commune in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.
The Haut-Médoc AOC winery Château Hourtin-Ducasse is located in the commune.
