Why was The New York Times resource deleted?[edit]

  • Hundreds of dolphins and more than 1,000 birds, mostly pelicans, mysteriously die off the coast in the north of Peru. (BBC)(New York Times)

I don't know why it disappeared entirely (if it did; you have a reputation to uphold), but "mysteriously" disappeared because it's not in the article. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 06:46, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You should know you removed it. From NYT "A picture caption on Tuesday with an article about mysterious dolphin and seabird deaths in Peru ..." 99.181.140.126 (talk) 17:38, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I should have removed it, but I'm not sure of the criteria for inclusion. However, I only removed "mysteriously", as "mysteriously" is only in a subtitle, not in the text. The text of the NY Times is generally reliable, titles and subtitles are not. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 00:37, 12 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
How confused are you? You did remove it. 99.19.41.218 (talk) 23:06, 12 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I removed only the word "mysteriously". The rest of the loss is your problem. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 06:23, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

(od) How blind and ham-handed can you be, you deleted the NYT reference. Return it. 108.73.112.162 (talk) 06:56, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
