Noon Chill is the third solo album by American musician Arto Lindsay .

AllMusic editor Tim Sheridan described the album as containing "hypnotic rhythms and enigmatic lyrics" and notes that Lindsay's "narcotic delivery is nicely suited to the pictures he paints".[1]
