Lat and Lon are incorrect on this map projection.[edit]

looking at the examples, the latitude and longitude markers on this map are incorrect. Boston is not where it belongs, but near the tri-state marker (CT,MA,RI). I suspect it is the equidistant projection that is causing these errors. Is there a parameter available to correctly position the lat/lon markers, or is it just broken?
