Edit request - add image1 parameter with name of relief map

Edit request - add documentation template, add image2 parameter

Transclude external template documentation which also contains categories and interwiki links (standard for protected templates, see Wikipedia:Template documentation). Also add image2 parameter with name of an alternative map using same coordinates. The required modifications can be copied from Template:Location map Italy/sandbox (diff).
