San Francisco[edit]

What link to use for San Francisco is a bit tricky. Until 1958, there was ferry service directly to the San Francisco Ferry Building (after 1933, this was from the SP mole rather than the WP mole). A 1959 timetable cryptically just says "3rd St", which may or may not mean Third and Townsend Depot. By 1965, they were using the Santa Fe bus depot at 44 4th Street. I've linked to the Ferry Building for now. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 03:11, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • More complicated than I realized, yes. I have WP timetables for 1929, 1959, 1964, and 1968:
    • 1929: Union Ferry Station
    • 1959: "3rd Street"
    • 1964: "Third & Townsend Station". The timing is exactly the same as 1959, so that's Third and Townsend.
    • 1968: Santa Fe at 44 4th Street.
  • Agree that Ferry Building makes sense for now. Mackensen (talk) 12:38, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
