Perhaps the whole passage "The reason for protection can be found in the protection log. Remove {{fmbox}} template[edit]

Add "templateeditor", also change "autoconfirmed" with "editsemiprotected" and "sysop" with "editprotected" as well.

Add the recently implemented "extendedconfirmed" protection level, as all protection levels apply to all pages, no exceptions.

To standardize this with the standard protection warning and reduce ambiguity, replace "page" with "title" and "locked" with "protected" (so it reads "This title has been protected so only...")
It appears PROTECTIONLEVEL now returns user groups. So replace "editsemiprotected" with "autoconfirmed", "editprotected" with "sysop". – Train2104 (t • c) 16:27, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
