Kani Ganji (Persian: كاني گنجي), also Romanized as Kānī Ganjī; also known as Ganjī, Kān Ganjī, and Kānī Ganjeh,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Panjeh Ali-ye Shomali Rural District of the Central District of Ghorveh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] The village is populated by Kurds.[5]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 584 in 143 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 632 people in 175 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 588 people in 180 households.[2]
