Added a ToC to this page

Hi,

With a recent edit to this page I added a table of contents. If this is undesirable (as it was suppressed previously), please feel free to remove it. My rationale for adding it is that users can then immediately click on the OS they're using in the table of contents, rather than having to scroll down the page. I also changed the "Unix" heading to "Unix and Unix-like" in a previous edit, as this describes that section more accurately.

Actually, now that I look at it again, I'm not sure if the section would be more accurately described as "Unix-like" only, because it mentions free (linking to free software, free as in freedom, not as in price), and I'm not aware of any free software operating systems which are actually based on Unix itself rather than merely Unix-like. Changing it to "Unix-like" only, please let me know if you change it back and your reasoning. Thank you. DesertPipeline (talk) 07:28, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
Never mind, I somehow failed to notice that the heading mentions Solaris, which is proprietary. I've kept the heading as it is but modified the section text to reflect the heading more accurately. Hope this is fine. DesertPipeline (talk) 07:35, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
