Duzaj (Persian: دوزج), also Romanized as Dūzaj,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Duzaj Rural District of Kharqan District, Zarandieh County, Markazi province, Iran.[4] Duzaj served as the capital of Alishar Rural District[5] until its capital was transferred to the village of Alishar.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 120 in 46 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 298 people in 74 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 117 people in 52 households.[2]
