Construction tags[edit]

It's not a huge deal, but does anyone ever see the Under Construction tags? It is inconvenient to move the page when the initial editor is in the middle of editing the page. Using Under Construction tags are perfectly valid alternatives to draft pages. Uhtregorn (talk) 05:43, 1 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

No it is not, those tags are for already established pages. Article was not ready for mainspace Cray04 (talk) 05:55, 1 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Per WP:Template:Under construction "In general, this template should not be used for new articles with little or no content. Instead, the sandbox should be used to develop the article so that it has reasonable content when it is copied into mainspace." Cray04 (talk) 06:03, 1 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Look at that "little or no content" part again. Plenty of content. Adding sources in after. You're still a new editor so maybe you've got some questions that can be answered at the Teahouse

Plagiarism[edit]

The following statements in this article appear to have been plagiarized according to Originality https://app.originality.ai/share/5fchv04879i3og2n:

"In 2023, it was able to dismantle the Hive, an international ransomware network that had extorted hundreds of millions of dollars from victims in the United States and around the world."

"The White House announced the establishment of the Ransomware Task Force in July of the same year, following the paralysis of the American East Coast’s gasoline supply after the Colonial Pipeline was hacked by Russian ransomware operators in May."

"The task force harnesses the authorities and resources of the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, State, and Treasury."
