Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... This page clearly and factually describes Telerik, its origins and its role in the software industry. It makes no promotional claim about the company's products, and where-ever possible, cites neutral third-party sources to validate statements. Also, other companies of similar stature and notability have active pages. --MaximZero (talk) 02:27, 29 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... for the most part, it doesn't have that sort of tone. None of the 'industry leading' or 'one of a kind' sort of adjectives that I associate with 'promotional'. The tone in later sections, such as 'Product Differentiation', seems to have a positive slant, but still nothing that seems outright promotional.

I should say that I tried to create a 'Telerik' article myself a few years back, which I thought would be ok because the company has several products with articles on Wikipedia, only to have that get deleted. So that may be my bias for fixing any issues with this article rather than deleting it.
