@FloridaArmy @Praxidicae stemming from our conversation on my talk about the Sovereignty Commission, I know you two have some good source access. I found this clipping via Google but if you have time/interest, wondered if you might be able to search to see if there's anything else on newspapers.com that talks about Logan. I feel like there should be an article on him since he's one of the few IDed graves at Mt. Moor, but we unfortunately know that's not a criteria for notability and all I've found is related to the grave desecration. The above article was prior to that, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
