Jafar Najafi (Persian/Farsi: جعفر نجفی) is an Iranian filmmaker born in 1987 in Kouhrang, Iran. His documentary films focus on child marriage and women’s rights.

@GoingBatty hi, could you advise and help why they reject the draft.

Najafi have 3 documentary that two of them wins international awards, is it not enough for Wikipedia article for a director?

@Raminsemsar: Hi there! The editor who declined your draft added a template to the top of the draft that indicates that the references "do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject". Per WP:THREE, what do you think are the three best independent sources you have provided that contain significant coverage of Najafi himself? GoingBatty (talk) 18:00, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Actually as Najafi is Iranian director there is not much English reference about him but the first 3 footnotes maybe the best I can mension.

I try to add sources for everything I write in draft.
