Article history[edit]

Not sure if the article history for Moonlight (Ariana Grande album) should be merged into this article's history ? ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:12, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think so, because that article was extremely premature and was correctly reduced to a redirect. If there is anything from this version of it that adds to this article, feel free to copy it over. -- Ssilvers (talk) 18:59, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
See also: Draft:Moonlight (Ariana Grande album). This album is being worked on from too many different spaces, which is why I dislike moving content to the draft space... ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:34, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The article should not be in draft space. I think that the move was wrong and would vote to move it back. Only a mechanical and silly application of the guidelines could possibly conclude that this album is not already notable, despite the lack of a specific announced release date. Can we get a consensus here? -- Ssilvers (talk) 21:30, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I, too, would prefer to see the article in main space, but it can be hard to convince others to move the article back until there is a confirmed release date and track listing. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:11, 26 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that the album now meets notability guidelines; though the tracks of the album have not yet been released, it [h]as been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable, not self-published, and are independent from the musician... who created it. ~Peter Dzubay (talk) 05:32, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Release date[edit]

Grande says that "pre-orders will go up" for the album on March 11, so we will know the release date then. See this and this. -- Ssilvers (talk) 23:11, 6 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Drafts[edit]

There are two:

Do we need either? ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:26, 10 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, we need the first one. The second one is not needed. The release date and track list will be announced tomorrow night, and then we can move all the content to Dangerous Woman (album). -- Ssilvers (talk) 19:30, 10 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
