Fair use rationale for Image:Critical Acclaim.jpg[edit]

Image:Critical Acclaim.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Actually it is correct. Read it online, M. Shadows has mentioned it himself. The band is a bunch of republicans. And use common sense dude, "blaming their own nation for who wins elections...they've never contributed a fucking thing to the country they love to criticize." Don't be an idiot. Not Neutral Point of View[edit]

Is this fair to say things song is criticizing people with Liberal political views or is it just criticizing those who criticize soldiers? There is a difference. (JFerreira 04:17, 6 November 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Yes it is fair, but I would agree that there IS a difference. But still, please use common sense. Reread the lyrics if you have to, and read interviews with M. Shadows. this is my POV, but i dont care.......im a democrat, served my country and now work for the federal govt. and i have a brother in iraq and a cousin about to go. my best friend was wounded there.....and every one of us is democrats. why is it that you have to be a republican to be patriotic? or a person that doesnt "point fingers"....its total bullshit. i liked avenged sevenfold until i read the lyrics of critical acclaim. they are one of "a few" bands that support the administration of the last 8 years.......they are the minority here. has any of them served in iraq? i doubt it, but they will point fingers in their lyrics, hypocrites66.141.179.31 (talk) 20:31, 24 November 2008 (UTC)j.crowson[reply]
