start separate article now covering Charles E. Shepard?[edit]

Isn't it very confusing?:

  • Clarence Erasmus Shepard (1869-1949), American architect based in Kansas City with initials C.E.S.
  • Charles E. Shepard (1868-1932), also an American architect based in Kansas City, at the same time, with initials C.E.S.

Charles E. Shapard was partner with Wiser and with Farrar. and the three partnered together. User:FloridaArmy, how about your starting an article at Shepard, Farrar & Wiser, to cover works by all three separately or in partnerships, to include at least the following NRHP-listed works? --Doncram (talk) 14:26, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Works of Charles Shepard alone or in partnership with Wiser and/or Farrar (from version of NRIS database covering places NRHP-listed before mid-2013):

Works of Wiser, without Shepard, to be included also (from version of NRIS database covering places NRHP-listed before mid-2013):

In NRIS database covering NRHP-listed before mid-2013, there are no works by Farrar without either Shepard or Wiser.

Unclear whether Clarence or Charles:

It took forever, i think more than 30 minutes to download. Direct url which might work to get NRHP document is this. NRHP doc covers 3 buildings designed by Charles Shepard and/or Shepard & Farrar, none by Clarence. --Doncram (talk) 15:30, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Unclear whether this is a C. Shepard or not:

User:Doncram Zoinks! Thanks for the pointer. Confusing indeed. Will see if I can sort out according to the guidelines you've laid out. Thanks. FloridaArmy (talk) 14:20, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
