Just want to point out the content dispute, but the IP was injecting both unfounded info on American mercenaries that was debunked, and also a big WP:OR note for it explaining how its illegal in international law....entirely without sources. i agree, the point form stuff can be the first to go and just make it more concise. It doesnt need to be a timeline in of itself. Here is a RS for the foreign mercenaries, quite flimsy I must say. Better sources have carried a claim that there are foreign / US mercenaries.
