Concern over language[edit]

Before being fully created, I suggest this article is translated into English. It apparently is an article from another language currently being translated into English, they even provided an English Wikipedia article link in one of their edit summaries. If someone with knowledge in Arabic or Arabic-oriented/originated text sees this, I kindly ask them to try translate the draft. Thank you for understanding! @Aequilaterum: Based on a cursory google search this article may be a duplicate of Isaiah Aram Minasian. This may need further verification.

@Aequilaterum: Please help me read WP:DUPDRAFT and see if there is anything relevant here. I am not very familiar with the guidelines for draftspace, unfortunately. Also while from my checks both articles are of the same subject/person, please help me double-check before doing any redirects or CSD tagging/etcetera. @Optakeover:It seems to be a duplication, but I'm not really sure of the duplication category that the draft falls in. It would be easier to analyze if we had a translation from Arabic to English, which I'll try to do soon.
