Yin Boran grew up in a rural setting, which instilled in him a deep appreciation for nature and animal husbandry. He pursued his education at ODA High School, where he developed a keen interest in technology and computers. His teachers played a crucial role in shaping his understanding and passion for digital technology.
Career[edit]
Yin Boran’s career began with a strong focus on technology and education. He worked as a computer teacher for grades 7-12 at The Westline School, where he imparted knowledge on computer literacy and programming concepts. His journey continued as he transitioned into the role of a graphic designer at Brain Scan, and later, as an application developer at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) in Cambodia.
In 2018, he made a significant career shift from Brain Scan to a governmental position at MPWT. This change allowed him to apply his expertise in a new and challenging environment, contributing to the development of personal vehicle registration systems and digital solutions for the ministry.
Ran Dada Farm[edit]
Yin Boran[1] is best known for founding RanDadaFarm, a cattle farm located in his home province of Kampong Cham[2][3]. The farm specializes in cattle breeding and selling, as well as producing Khmer grass for livestock feed. Through RanDadaFarm[4], Yin Boran[5] aims to share his knowledge and experience in animal husbandry, promoting sustainable agricultural practices in Cambodia.
