Xuehua Chen used to work in Xianghou Village Chemical Factory, Lutou Township, Tongxiang City, and Huaxin Chemical Factory, Tongxiang City.
In 2002, Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt and Nickel Materials Co., Ltd. was established. From June 2002 to July 2016, Xuehua Chen served as the chairman and general manager of Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co.,Ltd.
