Vykumbura is a town in Monaragala District, Uva Province of Sri Lanka. The town is located on Passara-Monaragala Road, approximately 35.4 km (22.0 mi) away from Badulla.

Vykumbura is an agricultural village mainly cultivating crops such as Rubber, Cocoa, Cinnamon, Arecanut, and Pepper.^{[citation needed]}

A larger area of the village is covered by four estates, namely, Upper Vykumbura Estate,^[2] Lower Vykumbura Estate,^[3] Udamale Vykumbura Estate,^[4] and A & B Divisions of Vykumbura Estate.^[5]
