Troy Pepper is a sports announcer known for his role as the Public Address (PA) announcer for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Born in the year 1989 in Indianapolis, Indiana, Troy has lived in Indianapolis his entire life. He attended Pike High School, IUPUI and Indiana Wesleyan University. Hired in 2021, Troy has over a decade of experience and has become a notable part of the Pacers' game-day experience, known for bringing energy and enthusiasm to each game.

Troy is acknowledged as one of the PA announcers in the NBA, recognized for his enthusiastic delivery and in-depth knowledge of the game. His unique style and catchphrases contribute to his recognition in the league. Additionally, Troy is also the announcer for the WNBA Indiana fever. He has PA announced at various NCAA tournaments including the Big 10 Men's Basketball Tournament. As well as the PA Announcer for the NBA G-league Indiana Mad Ants.

Beyond his announcing role, Troy is known for his TikTok and Instagram accounts, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the NBA game experience. Troy is also known for his Tik Tok and Instagram accounts that gives a behind the scene look of what goes on during a NBA game being a PA announcer. He also has went viral for his reaction's[1]to exciting plays during the game like this Aaron Nesmith dunk the pacers were able to capture during the game.[2]
