UK TRU LIMITED (formerly Uk TOYS R US LIMITED).[1] is the UK branch of Toys "R" Us, currently operating 14 locations[2] inside of WHSmith premises. The company made a statement and launched a new website in October 2021, before trading started the following year in September.[3]

The company was founded on 12th October 2021 to replace the previous and liquidated Toys "R" Us Limited.[1] It was remotely managed from its Australian counterpart Toys "R" Us Anz Limited[4] after obtaining a license agreement from WHP Global. The company has no connections to its predecessor, with the directors still all from the Austalian company.
