The Riverside Complex is a proposed building in Spokane at 517 W Riverside Ave. The proposed build would be 215 feet tall and it would be the 6th tallest in Spokane. The building would have 13 total floors with 10 floors on top being luxury apartments and at the very top 2 floors would be luxury condos. The three remaining floors would be used as office space. At the very top of the building, there would be a nice park with plants and benches. This park would offer the most stunning views of the city and river below. The building would have to be built over the Columbia bank and would most likely give the office space at the bottem 3 floors to the bank.
