The Boy Next Door is a 2008 American romantic comedy film thriller directed by Emma Kearns and produced by Jack Peterson. The story follows the boy next door, Chad Bradson, as his "nice guy" status gets taken down by 5 girls he's wronged in the process. The film received mixed reviews and due to a number of production issues, went straight to DVD release, but over time has gained a small cult film status for its depiction of 2000's romantic comedies.^[1]
