Terence Maynard (born 7th January 1969) is an English actor. Most commonly known for his various roles in British television such as his character Eric Van Helsing in Young Dracula. Maynard has also appeared in movie roles such as Guy Richie's Revolver (2005) as Paul.
In 1998, Maynard appeared in the TV series Roger Roger. This would be his first big break into British television.
Early life[edit]
Although born in Liverpool, Maynard spent his childhood in Nantwich, Cheshire. As a child he was considered a gifted dancer and was motivated by his family to hone this talent and go to classes.
Later, Maynard had his interests in performing arts piqued and graduated from the Guildford School of Acting in 1991 after studying drama.
Personal Life[edit]
Maynard supports Liverpool FC.
He has been credited as the influence to multiple fellow actors, Ricky Whittle[1] and Ryan Thomas[2], to boost and advance their careers after having both featured in series with Maynard respectively.

Maynard's first performance in London's West End was in The Threepenny Opera in 1994 as Walt/PC Smith.
In 2010, Maynard appeared in London's West End production of the musical Chicago as Billy Flynn.
