Raju Chhetri was born on 1974 in Nepal. He is currently a 6th-degree Taekwondo Master and 2nd-class master instructor. Works as an international referee for WTF also known as the World Taekwondo Federal. His achievements are shown as followed:

- NRNA South Korea President ( 2015-2017 ) - Black Belt 6th Dan ( Kukkiwon) , World Taekwondo Headquarter -Gold Medal in Korea Open ( G2) World Ranking Event , 2008 A.D -Represent Nepal Team Officially Coach at 1st World Poomsae Championships in South Korea on 2006 A.D - Silver Medal in 25th Fourthworth International Taekwondo Championship in USA on 2005 A.D Award : -Honorary Korean Citizenship from South Korea Government ,Seoul Metropolitan City - Award from World Taekwondo Headquarter( Kukkiwon) on 2018 - Outstanding Award from World Taekwondo Academy (WTA) on 2023 during International Poom / Dan Examiner Course, South Korea - Best Referee in Seongnam Open International Taekwondo Championship in 2023 , South Korea - Award from World Taekwondo on 2018 - Awarded by Prime Minister of Nepal Sher Bahadur Deuba - Awarded by Nepali Embassdor of South Korea

 That is not all. His contribution to the Taekwondo community was very helpful in both South Korea and Nepal. He has gotten many appreciations from different respective representatives throughout the world. Those appreciations are seen as following: 

- Froms Council , Nepal - from Nepalese Taekwondo Academy on 2016 - from Nepal Embassy,Seoul , South Korea - from Hon. Sher Bahadur Deuba , and Madhav Kumar Nepal Former Prime Minister of Nepal. - From Lumbini Zonal Administrative office - From Government of Maryland Baltimore County Executive, USA - From Nepal Olympic Committee - From World Police Federation, South Korea

Not only did Raju Chhetri help those communities by building foundations and representing them, he also took a part in refreeing as well. These refree games are invitation only and not participation which makes it even further harder. His refree partake can be listed as:

-17th Incheon Asian Games on 2014 - As a International Referee for World Ranking (G2) Kimunyong Cup International Taekwondo Championship, Muju , Korea ,2023 - As a International Referee for World Ranking (G2) US Open International Taekwondo Championship on 2023
