Peter Emanuel Ikera is a Tanzanian preacher, cleric, and theologian, widely recognized as the President and Founder of the Kingdom of Heaven On Earth Mission Church (KHOEM). Additionally, he is the Founder of Kingdom Way Generation Pre-Schools and the Founder and CEO of Tanakh Fm Radios and Tanakh TV.

Born on April 13, 1988, at Lushoto District Hospital, Peter E. Ikera is the fourth child of Emanuel Nathaniel Ikera and Esther Y. Mwetha. He grew up in a middle-class environment and exhibited signs of spiritual encounters from an early age.
