Ozzie Hutchins?

Ozie Hutchins was an American state legislator in Illinois. He was convicted of extortion and resigned. Sharon G. Markette was appointed to succeed him.[1]

He resigned in 1983.[2] He and William Carothers were found guilty of extorting money from the builders of Bethany Hospital.[3]
