Nora Fraser, is a distinguished entrepreneur and advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), who resides in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. Nora stands out as a finalist for the Brisbane Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2023.[1]

Nora is the Founder of The Multicultural Professional Network[2] (MPN), a social enterprise that has brought innovation to the DEI and social procurement industry since its inception, Nora has been at the forefront of promoting diversity and inclusion in professional spaces.

Nora's journey as a global public speaker has taken her to esteemed events worldwide, including engagements in Australia and New York.[3] Her talks on Diversity & Inclusion aim to raise awareness, inspire action, and drive positive change within organisations, reflecting her dedication to creating environments where everyone feels valued and empowered to thrive. Nora was raised in Stratford, a vibrant town in East London, England, nestled within the London Borough of Newham. She grew up in a loving household with her mother, Felicia, and father, Jonathan.

From a young age, Nora displayed a passion for music and performance. She began working at her family's accountancy firm to finance singing lessons, and by the age of sixteen, she had already won several talent competitions. These early experiences as a singer sparked her interest in public speaking, paving the way for her future endeavors.

After completing her high school education, Nora pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree through Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge, while also gaining valuable experience in the retail industry.

Currently, Nora resides in the picturesque suburb of Ellendale, Queensland, where she enjoys spending quality time with her son. In addition to her professional pursuits, she is rumored to be dating a prominent figure in Sydney.

In her spare time, Nora is an avid reader and enjoys exploring nature through hiking and outdoor activities. She is actively involved in community initiatives aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion.
