Park Min-ju (Korean:민주 born May 11, 2004 ) is a South Korean singer under Belift Lab. She is a member of the girl group ILLIT.
She is best known for being a contestant on the survival show R U Next?. She is former YG Entertainment trainee.
Career[edit]
2023-present: R U Next?, debut with ILLIT[edit]
On June 16, 2023, she was introduced as a contestant on Belift Lab's girl group survival show R U Next?.
During the show's finale, she was revealed to have ranked 3rd overall, thus making her a member of ILLIT.
They made their debut on March 25, 2024 with the mini album Super Real Me.
Early life and career beginnings[edit | edit source][edit]
Park was born on May 11, 2004. She has a younger sister and an older brother. She attended School of Performing Arts Seoul and graduated in February 2020. In 2016, she was part of a pre-debut girl group called Girls' Recipe, whose debut was ultimately scrapped in the same year. Prior to joining the reality girl group survival show Produce 48, she had appeared as an actress in music videos and Korean dramas, notably the 2018 MBC television series Tempted, wherein she portrayed the role of the young Choi Su-ji (Moon Ga-young).
