Marcus Henry is an American politician and civil service official who is currently a candidate for New Castle County, Delaware Executive in the September 10th Democratic Primary election. A member of the Democratic Party, he is the son of former Delaware State Senator Margaret Rose Henry, who represented the 2nd District from 1994 to 2009.
