Lee Howard is a film director, writer and filmmaker. he is best known for films such as Womble (Johnny Vegas), Swingers (Lucy Jane Quinlan) and Off the Record (Steven Arnold). Lees early life he a performer starring in a live version of the Rocky Horror Show and the Blues Brothers. he also was a DJ. but it was as a filmmaker he achieved the most success. he has written and directed 35 movies.
