Hipakistan Democratic Republic (HDR), also Hipakistan or Hipakistan republic, is a country in the center of Moravia, a part of Czech Republic. Conutry is not fully independed and has got good relationship with Czech Republic. HDR is a semi-presidential republic, which has got Parliament separated to two chambers - Government and Peoples chamber.

History[edit]

Hipakistan democratic republic was founded on 30.9.2018 by people, whoose are leading the country nowdays. The name of HDR was changed many times in it´s history.

First writed mention about Hipakistan is from 8.7.2019^[1]

Politic[edit]

HDR is governed by president and Parliament of HDR, which is separated to two chambers and one of them is Government of HDR

A Flag of HDR. 2560 × 1600 pixels. The aspect ratio is 1.6. Three equal, main horizontal bars, with smaller white bars in between. Colours of the main stripes from top to bottom: green, black, red. At the hoist is a yellow tip with a black, upward point.
