Guariba Esporte Clube is a brazilian football club from Guariba, city in brazilian state of São Paulo. It was founded in January 1st, 1980, and wears three major colors: blue, yellow and white.

Juventus Esporte Clube was city's firs club, named after a club also named Juventus from São Paulo. First, Guariba's Juventus also wore burgundy jerseys. Betweet 1974 and 1980, Juventus Esporte Clube player third, fourth and fifth tiers in São Paulo leagues.
But, as Juventus faded to oblivion, Guariba Esporte Clube was founded em 1980. Over next three decades, club came and went from profissional competitions. In 1981 and 1982, it player Campeonato Paulista's third division. Next year, Guariba didn't play profissionally.
A return in 1984 was short, once club was again out of leagues from 1985. Guariba came back in 1986, then in 1989 until 1992 - always in São Paulo lower division. Once again, it stayed away from fields in 1994.
Guariba came back for state fourth tier in 1994 and 1995. After that, they spent 11 years apart from professional matches, before a new return in 2006 with a new crest. Then, took part in Campeonato Paulista's fourth division in 2007, 2008 and 2009.[1]
