Stupin, Evgeny Viktorovich (born April 22, 1983, Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk region) - Russian politician, deputy of the Moscow City Duma of the 7th convocation[1], lawyer.

Evgeny Stupin was born in 1983 in Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk region. In 2005 he graduated from Pomeranian State University named after M.V. Lomonosov with a degree in Jurisprudence. From 2005 to 2006 he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

From 2007 to 2010, he worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee as an investigator and senior investigator.

From 2010 to 2016 he worked in the Federal Bailiff Service. The last position held was deputy chief bailiff of the Moscow region.

From 2016 to the present - lawyer, provides defense in criminal cases, resolves environmental disputes, successfully defends the rights of defrauded shareholders, applies to the European Court of Human Rights to protect the rights of Russians.[2]

Married, has a son and daughter[3]
