^[1]Devon Francis better known as Devstacks is a rapper in his young twenties. He was born in Springfield Massachusetts. His most streamed song on is Where Yo Swag featuring vonte*. ^[2]He has also worked with other artists such as summrs, Rich Amiri, slump6s and angelus.
