The Breguet family is a French and Swiss family whose members include many celebrities in the arts and sciences, as well as intellectuals and political figures. The family's oldest known ancestor is Jean Breguet died in 1593. He was a Huguenot priest connected to John Calvin.
The Breguet family is a part of the Association des anciens honneurs héréditaires, an association which brings together families of which at least three members have been awarded the prestigious Légion d'honneur.
