Štore was Slovenian producer of tractors with headquarters in Štore, Slovenia (then: Yugoslavia) The construction began in 1974, in 1972 the cooperation contract was signed with Italian company Fiat. Its most popular product was Štore 402 tractor. The company was officialy opened on 21st June 1977. One of the speakers on the day of opening was the president of Fiat company Riccardo Chivino. During its operation, the factory faced great opposition from the then largest tractor manufacturer IMT Beograd, which, together with the crisis in the world market, led to its closure. During the crisis, FIAT reduced the purchase of tractors in Štore, which caused major financial problems and resulted in the cease of production and shutdown of the factory on 31st dec 1985. During the period of operation, 35,938 tractors were manufactured, of which 13,812 were exported. At its peak, the tractor factory employed 320 people.
