Dowlatabad (Persian: دولت آباد, also Romanized as Dowlatābād and Daulatābād; also known as Ḩājjīābād-e Mollā Yaʿqūb)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Harirud Rural District of Buzhgan District, Torbat-e Jam County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 319 in 58 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 556 people in 133 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 427 people in 132 households.[2]
