Misnomer?[edit]

Isn't this category's name a misnomer? Satellites orbit planets, not the Sun. Wouldn't a better name be "Spacecraft orbiting the Sun"? --BlueMoonlet (t/c) 20:24, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Where is it stated that "Satellites orbit planets, not the Sun"? I do not believe that is technically correct, an artificial satellite is one that orbits any celestial body. ChiZeroOne (talk) 01:06, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
