not all the fictional character redirects are to lists[edit]

Not all {{R from fictional character}} redirects redirect to lists. Many redirect to related works, just like the description for the redirect template says is allowed. Yet all the redirects using the template are placed in Category talk:Fictional character redirects to lists. Seems to me that the template should not place pages into this category by default.
