Do we need this category?[edit]

I don't think this category is a good idea. A phenomena is "any occurrence that is observable". That could include almost anything. Just what are intended as the limits? It's not a term that scientists use in any well-defined way (which is presumably relevant since this category is included under Category:Nature). --Art Carlson (talk) 12:47, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I guess it includes occurrences, as opposed to people, objects, or information, for example. It is pretty general, but there is precedent for that. --129.98.215.232 (talk) 12:44, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
