Okay, PATCO is and has always been a division of the Delaware River Port Authority. As such, I think this should be a sub-category of the DRPA cat. I know the train sites all have a devoted and distinct following so I wanted to solicit other opinions before I made the change. This is a frienly suggestion so let me know what you think.
